Community Uplift Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of housing insecurity for underserved populations, with a special focus on youth aging out of foster care. Through our Affordable Transitional Housing for Youth project, we aim to provide safe, affordable, and supportive living environments that help young adults successfully transition to independence. By offering stable housing alongside comprehensive services, we work to reverse the negative effects of inadequate housing, promote self-sufficiency, and contribute to community revitalization.
